We believe in thoughtful craftsmanship and a respectful customer experience. Our return policy is designed to be fair, clear, and aligned with the standards of modern luxury.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

• The item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.

• All original tags and packaging are included.

• The item is not marked as Final Sale.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

3. Return Shipping

We offer free outbound shipping on all orders. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or misprinted.

This approach balances fairness with the realities of small‑batch and on‑demand production.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered when the requested size or color is available. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, we will replace it at no cost.

To qualify:

• The issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

• Clear photos of the defect must be provided.

• The item must not show signs of wear or use.

This process aligns with our fulfillment partner’s requirements to ensure timely resolution.

6. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to a Store error or a defective item.
