Shipping Philosophy
Every order placed with Valinda Activewear is treated with care and intention. We believe that the experience of receiving your piece should feel seamless and considered, from the moment it leaves our fulfillment partner to the moment it arrives at your door. As part of that commitment, we are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Return shipping is not included. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is defective or misprinted.

Most items are produced on demand. This allows us to reduce waste, honor small‑batch craftsmanship, and maintain the integrity of each piece.

Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. We are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly for assistance.
We will support you in the process where possible, but we cannot issue refunds for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
International Duties and Taxes (If Applicable)
If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in product or shipping costs.

If we were to think about true, honest, just, pure, lovely, and of good report, our hearts and minds would wear a smile.
